Massimo Rubbi was born in Ferrara in 1960. After graduating from the Ferrara Conservatory in 1980, he continued with studies of composition, again at the same Conservatory, and jazz music at the Bologna Conservatory. He collaborated as a composer of musical comments for the Mediaset and Odeon TV networks. He is currently a music teacher in a lower secondary school. Since 2012 he has turned his interest towards painting as a self-taught starting to exhibit in Italy and abroad.
