PEACE IN THE FLOWERS

This painting was inspired by a couple of quotes Abi read. The first being: “Take time to smell the Roses” (a proverb), the other: “There are always flowers for those that want to see them” Henri Mattisse. In this painting Abi has embraced the themes of being in the moment and gaining inner strength and peace from stopping and immersing in the present, whilst still challenging the way we individually interpret things.
