Abi Jameson is an award winning contemporary Artist. Her work, inspired by female wisdom, inner-strength and human connectivity, have been published and exhibited throughout Europe and are due to exhibit in London 2023.
Abi lost sight in one eye and half the sight in other in 2013. Already an Artist, she had to adapt her methods. Upon reflection, she describes this as the moment she "lost her sight but gained her artistic passion."
The passion behind her creations since this change in the way she sees the world is clear. Colours became brighter, more determined, messages are stronger.
Her Artworks are a small insight into her world of fascinating impaired vision, patterns, random marks, merging foregrounds and backgrounds and missing information shown through the female portrait and form.
