MOTION OF RED UMBRELLA

Combining the perspective of the camera with the subtlety of light and color that can only be created with paint on canvas, I created these figurative paintings from an abstract viewpoint while using the motion and pixelation from digital video reference to give my work its signature style. The result is a contemporary take on traditional figurative painting and a series of works with universal appeal and individual character.
