GAME OVER

This new collection by the artist AZENCOTT shows us, in addition to revisited comic strip characters evolving in a pop universe, a favourite subject: women, women in the intimacy of their poses, allowing the observer to read, or at least imagine their thoughts. AZENCOTT delivers to us, in all frankness and sincerity, his personal image of what Goethe called in much more solemn terms "the eternal femininity of woman". AZENCOTT's art invites us to share in her extravagances, which involve a childlike perception of the human condition.
