Sonja Schmid is a Swiss Artist with Art studies in Switzerland, further education in Art academies in Europe as well as study visits to Moscow, South Africa and Italy. Lecturer at Art academies in Europe. Since 1994 over 50 exhibitions in Switzerland and abroad, including Barcelona, Moscow, Ferrara, Verona, Bonn, Munich, Mannheim and throughout Switzerland. Various gallery representations in Switzerland. She has been working with abstraction since the beginning of her career. Nevertheless, she loves to deal conceptually with form, line, and surfaces. Her great passion is to realise the creation in large format.
