Ivana URSO

Painter

She was born on 17 December 1978 in San Cataldo ( CL). She began studying applied Arts at a very young age, which led her to attend the Regional Institute of Art in San Cataldo and the Academy of Fine Arts in Catania, where she revealed a particular talent for the course of Pictorial Decoration, graduating with top marks. He later moved to Rome, where he started personal research in the technique of thermoformed glass fusion, always maintaining an interest in experimentation in painting. In 2017, he joined Massimo Picchiami's "Pentastratismo" movement, a research and experimentation group of Italian Artists in Contemporary Art, where he expresses and exalts the beauty and gesturality of abstract art, in a totally personal manner.
