HUGUETTE LA CREVETTE

This sculpture between shrimp and lobster reflects softness and voluptuousness through its round feminine shapes (reminiscent of the ohm of the Zen attitude) and its colour of a powdery pink decorated with facets of pink gold inlaid on the ends: as if dipped in hot metal, it shines with grace in its velvet body. A contrast of beauty that highlights the beauty of the infinitely small: that which we do not see, and yet which is, which surprises. Luscious and harmonious, its penciled shape and dancer's colour are both simple and perfect, like its position in the ocean: key... and final. Known and appreciated: why not look at it... differently?
